The Lonnegan's Story

During the 1920's and 1930's, I was the King Pin of a group of hot shots that controlled the numbers racket from New York to Chicago. This operation kept me busy. The busier I became the more I needed to relax.

I looked for a place with excellent food, service, and a good after drink cigar. I also wanted a little dancing, ok, if you have dancing you need ladies - so the place had to have "class!"

Well, by now, you have got it figured out, right?! A place with all those requirements are hard to find. So, I opened an establishment with all those qualities, I call it Lonnegan's. I think you will like it.

I'll give it to you straight! I run Lonnegan's with the same iron clad control I became known for in the old days. Some call it ruthless, I call it good business.

Our standards are high, appropriate dress required. Over consumption of our fine spirits- no more service.

The way I look at it, our other patrons deserve a nice relaxing atmosphere. Lonnegan's managers are instructed to put the damper on any group that becomes unruly and disturbs those patrons.

Hey, this is not a con. When you're looking for a great night out with your date, your spouse, or your whole family, come to Lonnegan's.

Just remember, come properly dressed, don't drink too much, respect other patrons, and have fun!

I'll keep my eyes open, watching for ways to improve service or entertainment, if I miss something, please drop me a comment card in Doyles Box. I'll do my best to take care of it!

You have my word on it.
